If We Don’t Have the Answer
Our Budgies are friendly, well-trained, marketing-savvy experts, but unfortunately none of them have access to a crystal ball. There will inevitably be a few questions that come along which are non-standard or highly specific. We’re prepared for that, too! The knowledge-building process is always ongoing, so if an operator is asked a question that wasn’t covered in our initial orientation with your company, that’s when we collect contact information from the visitor. We then assure the lead that they will be contacted by your company for an answer, and once we know, it will be added to our existing knowledge for later!
